The Tom Dixon Melt Pendant is a multi-light cluster pendant from Tom Dixon's Melt range, inspired by molten glass, glaciers and cosmic distortion. Its blown and vacuum-metallised orbs form a sculptural ceiling light designed to deliver ambient interior illumination and act as a dramatic decorative focal point.

Eight individual diffusers in varying sizes create an imperfect, organic cluster of irregular, molten-glass shapes. Each orb is finished with a high-gloss, mirror-like vacuum metallisation for a seamless reflective surface. The Melt pendant is available in Smoke, Gold, Copper and Chrome finishes.

The orbs are produced by blow-moulding and vacuum metallisation, giving abundant and unusual luminosity across complex forms. A network of thin, polished metal rods provides a contrasting geometric framework while a single slender vertical cable and central support rod suspend the assembly from the ceiling.

The asymmetrical arrangement of the orbs provides multi-directional ambient light that fills a room with a soft, reflective glow. Individual housings conceal the internal light sources when unlit, so the pendant reads as a polished sculpture by day and a luminous cluster by night.

This pendant carries an IP20 rating for interior use and includes a three-year manufacturer warranty.
