Damaged Goods Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

Email clear photos of the damage and packaging to support@lightmonster.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

We’ll arrange for the collection of any damaged or faulty items and send a replacement at no extra cost once we receive and inspect the return.

Replacements are shipped using our standard delivery service. If you’d like express shipping, we can arrange it for the additional cost.
