The Stilnovo Triedro Pendant is a pendant ceiling light from the Triedro range, designed by Joe Colombo for Stilnovo. Its minimalist, architectural silhouette and folded-sheet aesthetic bring a crisp, modern statement to interior spaces while delivering purposeful downlighting.

The fixture uses two rectangular white plates arranged in a V-shaped, folded profile to form the shade. Matte black hardware and a slim suspension cable create strong monochrome contrast and a lightweight visual presence that suits contemporary rooms and clean, design-led interiors.

Build details are simple and precise: a small cylindrical ceiling rose and matching socket housing in matte black, metal pins that secure the shade plates, and a thin flexible cable for suspension. The thin, flat plates act as the defining material elements, emphasising geometric form over ornament.

Lighting is focused and controlled: a single bulb sits centrally between the angled white plates, which act as reflectors to direct light downwards while shielding the bulb from direct side views. The effect is a mix of directed task light and soft ambient diffusion beneath the pendant.

Practical notes: the suspension cable allows adjustable hanging height at installation and the open shade makes bulb replacement straightforward. The Triedro Pendant is rated IP20 for interior use and comes with a 2 year warranty.
