The Stilnovo Gravita Table Lamp, designed by Antonio Macchi Cassia, is a striking table and desk lamp from the Gravita range that blends 1950s charm with contemporary form. Its transparent glass globe, polished chrome head and matte black base give it a statement sculptural silhouette suited to both domestic and commercial interiors.

The design pairs a large, perfectly spherical glass body with a polished chrome spherical head set above a slanted matte black wedge base. A visible coiled cord and an internal angled partition create a purposeful contrast of geometric shapes and textures.

Build quality centres on premium visual materials: a clear glass orb houses internal components while chrome metal and matte black finishes provide contrast and visual weight. The wide slanted base keeps the lamp stable for everyday use.

Lighting is directional and task-focused thanks to the metallic spherical head and circular aperture. Gravita works well as a desk or bedside task light and as an accent piece to create a focused pool of light in living rooms, studies, restaurants or hotel rooms.
