Roger Pradier Aubanne Outdoor Ceiling Light is an outdoor ceiling light from Roger Pradier's Aubanne range, designed by Stéphane Joyeux. The piece pairs a tiered, architectural silhouette with practical weather resistance for porches, patios and entryways that need attractive, reliable overhead illumination.

The design uses clean geometric lines: a circular canopy, short connecting stem, a wider cylindrical housing and a shallow conical shade that directs light downwards. A translucent cylindrical diffuser sits at the base to soften the beam, and the fixture is available in a wide range of finishes to suit different exteriors.

Built for outdoor use, the Aubanne is constructed with corrosion‑resistant metalwork and offers the option of frosted or clear glass diffusers with an opal polycarbonate reflector to optimise light control. The result feels purposeful and refined — a fitting architectural accent for contemporary homes.

The wide shade acts as a reflector to cast a broad pool of downward light while the lower diffuser softens direct output for comfortable, glare‑free illumination. This makes the Aubanne ideal for general ambient lighting above entrances, covered patios and sheltered outdoor circulation spaces.
