The Design For The People Stay Desk Lamp, designed by Maria Berntsen, pairs tuned Danish simplicity with practical task performance. This desk lamp is built for home offices and workspaces where precise, controllable lighting matters.

Stay features a slender, minimalist construction with a flat circular base and a vertical stem supporting a horizontal arm. The asymmetric conical shade and multi-jointed arm create a modern, architectural profile. Available in Black.

Crafted with a uniform matte black metal finish, the lamp emphasises thin, balanced components and a clean silhouette. The visible power cord is used as a deliberate design element and is held neatly by a small loop on the stem.

The shade directs light both downwards for focused task work and upwards for soft ambient fill. The tilting hinge on the head and the pivot at the arm let you aim illumination precisely where you need it.

A manual on/off switch is located on the back of the lamp head and protrudes slightly for easy access. The power cord runs from the rear of the arm through a cable guide loop on the vertical stem to keep the look tidy.
