The Nordlux Sponge Outdoor Ground Light from the Sponge range brings a sculptural, mushroom-inspired touch to garden and landscape lighting. Its organic silhouette and soft diffuser make it ideal for pathways, borders and terraces where subtle, decorative illumination is wanted.

Design-wise the Sponge lamp pairs a rounded, frosted dome with a slim, matte black stem to create a floating, low-profile effect. The simple form and cordless design let it sit naturally among planting or on a patio, and it works equally well indoors or outside.

Built with a translucent, frosted diffuser (typically glass or polycarbonate) and a slender, cylindrical stem, the light terminates in a pointed multi-faceted ground spike and a circular flange that acts as a depth guide and stabiliser once installed.

Light is diffused softly downward by the dome to create ambient pathway or accent illumination while limiting upward light spill. The built-in battery offers adjustable output across three brightness levels and runs up to five hours at full power, with longer runtimes on lower settings.

Installation is tool-free: the integrated ground spike pushes into soft soil or turf and the flange helps set the correct depth. The lamp charges via the included USB cable and carries an IP65 rating for reliable outdoor use.
