The Nordlux Ray Pendant is a set of two ceiling-hung pendant lights from Nordlux's Ray range, designed to deliver focused, downward illumination for interior spaces. Its clean, Scandinavian-inspired silhouette suits kitchen islands, dining areas and anywhere you want directed task or ambient light.

The design pairs dome-shaped, bell-style shades with a stepped cylindrical neck and thin vertical cords for a pared-back look. The Ray is offered in Chrome and Black finishes to suit contemporary interiors.

Details include a smooth matte black-like shade surface and a decorative pale gold/brushed brass accent ring at the base of the neck for a subtle contrast. The stepped neck provides a neat transition from flexible cord to rigid shade, giving the pendant a structured profile.

The opaque shades concentrate light downward while shielding the bulb from direct side view, making these pendants ideal for task lighting over surfaces or to create pools of ambient light. Their form emphasises clean, functional illumination rather than diffuse room lighting.

Each pendant is supplied with a 180cm cable and uses a cord-hung suspension that allows height adjustment at installation. The fixtures carry an IP20 rating, so they are intended for indoor, dry locations only.
