The Design For The People Pure Pendant from the Pure range, designed by Bonnelycke MDD, is a charming Scandinavian-inspired pendant light that pairs a matte metal bell shade with a slender ash timber top. It’s made to provide focused downward illumination and suits dining areas, kitchen islands and task-focused spaces in residential or commercial interiors.

The form is deliberately simple: a wide, bell-shaped metal shade with a tapered top and a visible natural wood cylinder that visually links the cable to the shade. The Pure range is offered in Grey, Black and White to suit contemporary and classic schemes.

Construction mixes a solid metal shade with a light-toned ash timber accent; the wood is FSC®-certified, highlighting responsible sourcing. The shade interior is finished in a light colour to improve reflection and contrast with the exterior finish.

The opaque shade directs light downwards for clear task illumination while the light interior helps spread that beam evenly. This pendant works well alone over small tables or in runs above benches and countertops for linear task lighting.

Installation is straightforward: the thin suspension cord allows height adjustment at fitting to suit ceiling heights and lighting needs. The fixture carries an IP20 rating and is intended for indoor use only.
