The Nordlux Malodin Ceiling Light is a surface-mounted ceiling light from the Malodin range that pairs a contemporary, architectural silhouette with soft, tailored materials. Designed for indoor living spaces, it provides diffused ambient illumination while adding a considered design touch to hallways, bedrooms and living rooms.

The fixture features a tiered, two-drum shade construction with a larger upper cylinder and a smaller lower cylinder nested beneath it. Shades are wrapped in a textured, linen-like fabric with thin contrasting edge trim for a neat, transitional look.

Build quality mixes a discreet metal internal support and mounting frame with lightweight fabric shades, producing a refined, crafted finish. The visible textile gives a warm, tactile feel while the metal structure keeps the form precise.

Light escapes from the top, through the gap between tiers and down through a flat, white translucent diffuser, creating a multi-layered, even wash without glare. The bottom diffuser ensures a soft, even downward light ideal for general ambient illumination.

The Malodin is designed for flush or semi-flush mounting, making it suitable for rooms with standard or low ceiling heights. It carries an IP20 rating and is intended for indoor, dry-zone use.
