The Nordlux Frida Ceiling Spotlight is a compact dual-head ceiling spotlight in the Frida range from Danish brand Nordlux. It pairs a clean, architectural aesthetic with practical directional lighting, making it ideal for bedrooms, halls and other interior spaces where focused light is needed.

Frida's form is deliberately minimalist: a low-profile rectangular canopy supports two cylindrical spotlight heads in a monochromatic matte white finish. The swivel joints allow each head to tilt and rotate independently, so you can aim light exactly where you need it.

Built from metal with a powder-coated matte white surface, the fixture has a refined, consistent finish and deep housings that reduce glare. Visible securing screws on the canopy underline the straightforward, functional construction.

The recessed heads include textured multi-faceted reflectors to shape and focus the beam, delivering directional task or accent illumination from a single electrical point. The compact dual-head layout makes it easy to light two zones or combine ambient and accent lighting.
