The Nordlux Slatted Pendant Light is a sculptural ceiling pendant from Denmark that pairs natural wood with industrial black hardware for a contemporary, graphic look. It's designed as an interior pendant ideal for kitchens, dining areas and other living spaces where both style and ambient light matter.

The shade is an open-cage ovoid formed by thin, curved vertical wooden slats arranged rhythmically around internal top and bottom rings. The slatted form creates a striking silhouette while keeping the overall profile light and airy.

Crafted from pale, natural-finish wood slats with a matte black cylindrical socket housing and a slim black suspension cable, the pendant balances organic materials with crisp, modern detailing. The internal rings hold the ribs in place for a neat, architectural finish.

The open-slat construction casts decorative shadow patterns around the room while the open bottom gives unobstructed downward illumination — perfect for task-oriented zones like dining tables or kitchen islands. When the bulb is visible between the slats we recommend a decorative filament or globe-style lamp for the best effect; a bulb is not included.

The pendant suspends from a ceiling junction box via its cable and is rated IP20 for indoor use. Warranty coverage varies between 2 and 15 years depending on the model and region; bulbs and drivers are not supplied unless specifically stated.
