The Mullan Lighting Tay Flush Bathroom Ceiling Light is a modern, surface-mounted bathroom fitting from the Tay range. Pictured here with a polished brass ceiling rose and an elongated clear glass tube, it’s designed to provide overhead ambient light in bathrooms, en suites and other damp or wet zones with IP65 protection.

The Tay’s design is a narrow, tiered cylinder: a shallow ceiling rose, a compact metal neck with a contrasting black accent ring, and a slim glass tube shade. The fixture is available in a wide range of finishes, and the glass comes in two options: prismatic or clear.

Built from metal with a tubular glass shade, the Tay shows careful attention to proportion and material contrast. The visible bulb and clear glass emphasise a clean, minimalist aesthetic while the metal detailing adds warmth and structure.

Lighting is provided by a single vertical lamp, with the transparent tube delivering unobstructed light around the room — a great choice for general ambient lighting in bathrooms. The flush design keeps the fitting close to the ceiling, making it suitable for lower ceilings and circulation spaces.

This fitting is IP65 rated for bathroom use and is Class II, so it does not require an earth connection. The Tay is UL certified for North American installation. The product is manufactured to order in Mullan Village and is typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks.
