The Mullan Lighting Rio Pendant is a metal ceiling pendant from Mullan Lighting's Rio range, combining an industrial coolie-style shade with refined, reflective finishes. Designed to deliver downward-focused illumination, it works well over kitchen islands, dining tables or task areas where clear, direct light is needed.

The pendant features a wide, shallow conical shade with a distinct multi-stepped cap assembly that gives an architectural edge to the form. It is available in Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Satin Brass, and Polished Brass to suit traditional and contemporary interiors.

Built from metal with a high-shine exterior and a warm metallic interior, the Rio balances industrial proportions with premium surface work. A twisted fabric suspension cord and a metal cord grip add a crafted, vintage touch while keeping the hanging cable secure.

The open-bottom design provides direct, downward light and a broad spread from the wide rim, making it ideal for task lighting. The shade also accommodates a visible decorative filament bulb for added character and ambience.

This pendant carries an IP20 rating for interior use and is covered for manufacturer defects only. The fixture includes a cord grip/strain relief as part of the cap assembly; please check the product specification for compatible lamp types and any additional installation requirements.
