The Mullan Lighting Penh Recessed Downlight is a decorative recessed ceiling downlight from Mullan Lighting’s Penh range, designed to bring architectural character to interior spaces. Its metal construction and soft gold/ brass styling give a refined, neoclassical feel while providing directed downward illumination for living rooms, hallways and feature spaces.

The design features a wide circular bezel with a deep radial-fluted pattern that reads like a modern take on classical moulding. It’s offered in Antique Brass, Satin Brass, Polished Brass and Antique Silver to suit a range of interiors and schemes.

Crafted in metal with a matt, warm-toned finish, the fitting pairs ornamental detailing with a discreet, low-profile housing that sits flush with the ceiling. A visible retaining clip secures the inner assembly for a tidy, robust install.

Lighting is delivered by a central LED module with a faceted lens that helps soften and distribute the beam. The slightly recessed internal ring reduces glare and keeps the light focused downwards for functional, architectural illumination.

The fitting is intended for indoor use and has an IP20 rating. The low-profile housing is designed to be concealed behind a plasterboard ceiling; please note the warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
