The Mullan Lighting Midas Pendant from Mullan Lighting’s Midas range is a ceiling-mounted pendant light that pairs industrial form with a refined interior. Its large hemispherical metal dome and dramatic gold-leaf lining bring a mid-century silhouette into contemporary kitchens, dining areas and boutique commercial spaces.

Design-wise the pendant keeps things simple and striking: a smooth matte-black exterior contrasts with a textured metallic gold interior, while a series of spiral-like horizontal slits near the top add an architectural flourish and let light escape upward to create patterned shadows.

Built in metal with a hand-applied look to the gold-leaf lining, the fixture shows careful attention to finish and texture. A slender black suspension cord joins the shade via a discreet strain-relief coupling for a neat ceiling profile.

Light is delivered primarily downward through the wide open base for task illumination, while the gold interior warms and softens the beam. The upper slots produce decorative ambient light, and the pendant looks especially inviting when paired with Edison-style filament bulbs (sold separately).

The Midas Pendant is UL certified for Canada and the United States, rated IP20 for interior indoor use, and specified as Class I (requires an earth connection). Bulbs are not included. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
