The Mullan Lighting Essence Pendant is a prismatic ceiling pendant from Mullan Lighting's Essence range. Its tiered, dual-globe silhouette nods to classic schoolhouse fittings while delivering a fresh, contemporary presence suited to dining areas, kitchens and hallways.

Design highlights include a clear, vertically ribbed prismatic glass shade that refracts and diffuses light for visual depth. The pendant is offered in Polished Brass, Antique Silver, Satin Brass and Antique Brass, and the pictured version shows darker antique-bronze metalwork for a slightly aged look.

Crafted with thick prismatic glass and metal fittings, the fixture features a decorative pointed finial and a sturdy chain suspension. The enclosed globe protects the lamp while the ribbed profile creates a thoughtful, textured finish that reads as both vintage and modern.

The prismatic texture reduces glare while maintaining broad, even illumination — ideal as a central ambient light above a dining table or in seating areas. The shade particularly flatters warm-coloured bulbs for a cosy, welcoming atmosphere; bulbs are sold separately.
