The Mullan Lighting Baku Desk Lamp from the Baku range is a clamp-on desk lamp designed by Mullan Lighting. Featuring a vintage bell shade set on a slender L-shaped metal frame, it delivers directional task lighting for home offices, bedside tables and study nooks and measures approximately 73.5cm tall.

The design balances a minimalist, industrial silhouette with classic detailing: a tall vertical post, a shorter horizontal arm and a decorative pivot at the shade. The shade connects with a swivel joint so you can angle the beam where you need it, and the lamp is offered in a wide range of finishes to suit both contemporary and vintage interiors.

Built predominantly from metal, the Baku combines a brass-finish body with a contrasting matte-black C-clamp for a tidy, purposeful look. The clamp uses a manual screw-tightening mechanism to secure the lamp to tabletops and desks, freeing up surface space compared with a conventional base.

As task lighting, the bell-shaped shade focuses light downward from a high vantage, ideal for reading and detailed work. A small portion of the bulb is visible beneath the shade rim, so a decorative LED Edison-style bulb (sold separately) is an attractive option for both light quality and style.

The Baku clamps to desk edges rather than using a weighted base. It is Class II construction (no earth connection required) and has an IP20 rating for indoor use. The product meets UL standards for North America and carries CE and UKCA marks. Lamps are not included. Manufactured to order in Mullan Village and typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks; warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
