Mullan Lighting 1920's Schoolhouse Pendant is a classic ceiling pendant from the 1920s range that pairs a broad opal glass shade with a weathered metal gallery for vintage character. Designed for foyers, dining rooms and kitchens, it delivers a nostalgic look with modern build quality.

The pendant keeps the familiar schoolhouse silhouette — a rounded, slightly stepped opal glass shade suspended from an adjustable chain and secured by a dome gallery with visible thumbscrews. It is offered in a wide range of finishes to suit both period and contemporary interiors.

Built with a smooth opal glass diffuser and a heavy-feel metal gallery, the design balances clean, soft glass with textured, aged metalwork. The patinated hardware gives an authentic, lived-in appearance that complements the crisp white shade.

The opal glass shade produces a soft, even ambient glow that conceals the lamp and reduces glare, making the pendant ideal for general overhead lighting in living spaces and kitchens. The chain suspension lets you set the drop to suit different ceiling heights and room layouts.
