The Marset Tam Tam Light Shade is a satellite component from the Tam Tam collection by Fabien Dumas, designed to integrate into multi‑lamp configurations and provide directional, diffused illumination through a wide aperture.

It has a frustum (truncated‑cone) silhouette that tapers from a wide circular base to a smaller top, delivering a compact, geometric profile with a smooth, hardware‑free exterior. The shade is offered in a wide range of finishes and is shown here in a semi‑matte charcoal tone.

The wide base is fitted with a flat, translucent white diffuser plate with a small central disk, a combination that emphasises the collection's minimalist lines while hiding internal fittings for a clean look. The semi‑matte finish reduces surface reflections for a contemporary matte texture.

The translucent diffuser softens the light output and eliminates direct glare, while the large bottom aperture spreads illumination over a broad area. As a Tam Tam satellite, the shade is intended for expressive multi‑lamp arrangements that let you direct light from multiple angles.
