The Marset Ginger Pendant, designed by Joan Gaspar, is a ceiling-mounted pendant that pairs a minimalist, sculptural silhouette with warm indirect illumination. Built to read as a floating object, it works beautifully as a central feature over dining tables, islands or in open living spaces.

The design uses a large, thin slightly convex upper disk as a reflector with a smaller hemispherical cup suspended beneath it. The collection is offered in Black-White, Brushed Brass-White, Brushed Brass, Oak-White and Wenge-White finishes and retains a refined, almost flat profile with a slim stem and fine suspension cable.

Ginger is realised in both wood and metal. The wood versions use pressed sheets of wood, paper and resins laminated under high pressure for a flat, warm surface. Metal models use brushed aluminium or lacquered injected aluminium components for a lighter, sculptural option with an elegant matte exterior.

Light is hidden within the lower cup and projected up onto the white inner surface of the disk to create a soft, glare-free reflected glow, making it ideal for ambient illumination and mood-setting. Its indirect output highlights surfaces without harsh spots.

The pendant is available with multiple control options and supports DALI, Triac and 1-10V dimming systems. A cluster accessory allows multiple Ginger pendants to be connected to a single ceiling point for customised compositions. The range carries a 2 year defects-only warranty.
