Marset Funiculi Floor Lamp is an iconic floor lamp designed by Lluis Porqueras for Marset. The updated Funiculi keeps the original's elegant simplicity while offering a slim, architectural profile that works equally well for ambient or task lighting in living rooms, studies and reading corners.

The lamp pairs a slender vertical metal pole with a cantilevered horizontal arm that curves down to hold a conical fabric shade. The Funiculi is offered in two colourways — Black-Sand and Black-White — keeping the characteristic black structure and light, neutral shade choices.

Built from thin tubular metal with a matte black finish and a flat circular base for stability, this design respects the original proportions while refining them. The shade is a light-coloured fabric that allows a soft glow to filter through, and the slim frame delivers a modern, minimalist aesthetic.

Light is warm and diffused through the fabric shade, ideal for cosy ambient light or directed task lighting when positioned behind or beside furniture. The cantilevered arm lets the light sit away from the central support, making it easy to illuminate seating or workspace without crowding the floor footprint.

The vertical pole includes height-adjustment features — collars and pins — so you can set the arm where you need it, and a discreet black rocker switch is integrated into the pole for simple operation. A visible black power cord runs from the base.
