The Marset Djembe Ceiling Light is a surface-mounted ceiling light from the Djembe range, designed by Joan Gaspar. This C42.13 model interprets the profile of a djembé drum with a shallow bell-shaped dome and a wide aperture, making it a sculptural yet functional fitting for bedrooms, hallways and contract spaces that need broad, ambient illumination.

The Djembe C42.13 pairs a rugged, stone-like exterior with a smooth satin-white interior to create a striking ceiling presence. It is available in White, Grey, Red and Sky Blue, and its shallow form and wide opening are designed to be used alone or combined with other Djembe sizes to make decorative clusters.

Crafted using a rotomoulding and bi-injection technique, the shade is made from polyethylene to deliver a heavy, granular outer texture and a bright reflective inner surface. The contrasting finishes give the lamp visual weight while keeping it lightweight and durable for ceiling installation.

This model features an integrated LED light source that provides 846 lumens at a warm 2700K, creating a soft, inviting atmosphere. An internal diffuser and the white inner dome spread light evenly and minimise direct glare, producing a skylight-like effect across the room.

The C42.13 measures 40.3 cm in diameter and 13.5 cm in height and installs as a flush, surface-mounted ceiling fitting. It is dimmable via phase-cut dimming and is designed to work well in repetition for larger spaces; the product carries a two year warranty for defects only.
