Marset Discoco Pendant is a statement pendant by Christophe Mathieu for Marset. Part of the Discoco range, it uses a tiered arrangement of overlapping discs around a reflective central sphere to create a sculptural overhead light that works equally well as decorative centrepiece and functional room lighting.

The design stacks multiple circular discs in an overlapping, geometric pattern to form a floral or pinecone-like silhouette that changes with the viewing angle. It is offered in multiple appearances including Black Gold, White Wire 5m and White, giving you options to suit modern or classic schemes.

Built as a quality decorative object, the Discoco features 35 opaque ABS discs attached to a chrome-covered spherical core and a polished internal support structure. The discs and internal arms create visual texture even when the lamp is off, while a thin aircraft cable and separate transparent power cord provide a clean suspension detail.

Lighting performance balances direct downward illumination with warm, diffused indirect light. The overlapping discs obscure the lamp to reduce glare and the chrome central sphere reflects and softens light back onto the inner faces, producing the cosy, nuanced glow Discoco is known for.
