The Dar Madrid Drum Shade is a faux-silk drum shade from the Madrid range by Dar, designed as a replacement or primary shade for floor lamps and large table lamps. Its clean silhouette and neutral palette suit contemporary and classic interiors alike.

Formally a classic cylindrical drum, this shade measures 42.5cm across with vertical sides and equal top and bottom diameters. The exterior is upholstered in white faux silk with a subtle ribbed texture, while the interior has a smooth ivory lining to soften the glow.

The faux-silk finish gives a soft sheen and a refined appearance that lifts a room without overwhelming it. The minimalist geometry and crisp white surface make it easy to pair with a wide range of lamp bases and décor schemes.

The open-top and open-bottom design casts light both upwards and downwards; the ivory lining helps warm the overall tone of the emitted light. It accommodates a single bulb with a maximum rating of 60W ES GLS for traditional lamp setups.

Bulb is not included. The shade is intended to be fitted to standard lamp fittings and works well as the primary shade on floor lamps or larger table lamps.
