The Foscarini Twiggy Floor Lamp, designed by Marc Sadler for the Twiggy range, pairs a sweeping arched profile with a tapered drum shade that mimics a natural wood grain. Built to cast overhead light from a distant base, it’s ideal for dining tables and lounge seating where a ceiling fixture isn’t possible.

The design emphasises a very thin, flexible cantilevered rod and a light, tapered shade to create visual lightness. The lamp is available in Black and features an off-centre light point to maximise reach over furniture without moving the base.

Crafted from a lacquered fibreglass-based composite for the rod and diffuser components, the design uses a translucent polycarbonate upper diffuser and an opaline white PMMA lower diffuser disc with a satin finish. The round base is epoxy powder coated metal and the integrated LED is mounted on an aluminium disc protected by a small PMMA cap. Four counter-weights are supplied to fine-tune balance.

The Twiggy provides direct downward illumination and a cosy ambient glow through its double-diffuser setup. The light source is an integrated double-sided LED board mounted on an aluminium disc, while a transparent power cable includes an onboard dimmer for smooth brightness control and functioning as the on/off switch. The lamp is rated IP20 for indoor use.

Supplied with four counter-weights for adjustment and a cable-mounted dimmer, the lamp comes with a one-year warranty. Please note the integrated LED and specified diffusers are part of the fixed assembly and should be handled according to the manufacturer's instructions.
