The Foscarini Twiggy Elle Floor Lamp is an extended-reach floor lamp from the Twiggy range, designed by Marc Sadler. Its very long, slender arced arm and drum diffuser create a sculptural statement while delivering practical overhead light for dining tables and seating areas where a ceiling fixture isn’t an option.

Form follows function: a dramatic, wide-reaching arc is matched to a thin, elegant rod and a low-profile circular base finished in matte black. The drum-shaped shade shows a light wood-grain texture over a composite structure with an opaline white lower diffuser disc to soften downward light. The lamp is also available in Grey and Black finishes.

Build quality focuses on lightweight strength and refined detailing. The rod and diffuser are made from a fibreglass-based composite with a liquid-coated finish. The upper diffuser is translucent polycarbonate and the lower diffuser is opaline PMMA with a satin finish. The base is epoxy powder coated metal and the LED is mounted on an aluminium disc protected by a small PMMA cap.

Light output is tuned for comfortable task and ambient use. The supplied integrated LED is rated 28W, 2700K and approximately 3840lm with a CRI greater than 90, giving warm, high-quality light. The design provides direct lighting under the shade while the translucent top diffuser creates a cosy ambient glow.

The Twiggy Elle ships with four counterweights to insert above the diffuser for height and balance adjustment. The transparent power cable includes a fitted dimmer that acts as both the on/off switch and a smooth dimmer control. The lamp is rated IP20 for indoor use only and relies on its heavy low-profile base for stability.
