Foscarini Tress Suspension Pendant by Marc Sadler is a sculptural ceiling pendant that reads like a nest of light. The design pairs a tall cylindrical profile with a woven ribbon effect in a fibreglass-based composite, creating a strong visual focus while lighting the area beneath.

The shade features a solid, textured upper section that transitions into an open, lattice-like lower weave so the structure becomes decoration. It is available in Greige, Black, and White to suit contemporary and natural interiors.

Crafted using a tape-winding process, the fibreglass-based composite is modelled on a mould with controlled pitch and then liquid coated for a smooth finish. The large version includes a blown glass internal diffuser with an acid-etched finish, a satin opaline upper screen and a chromed metal frame; other sizes use a chromed metal mount.

Light is both diffused through the composite and directed downward through the open weave, producing a soft ambient glow plus a focused pool of light underneath. The semi-open structure also casts a decorative play of shadows, ideal for dining areas, islands and living spaces.

Bulb not included. Uses an E27 lamp, PAR type, 100W max and is dimmable with a compatible lamp and dimmer. The large pendant is fitted with three stainless steel suspension cables; other sizes use a single cable. Ceiling canopy has a galvanised metal bracket with a glossy chromed ABS cover. IP20 rating; indoor use only. A canopy decentralisation kit is available for multi-light arrangements (up to 6 or 9 pendants).
