The Foscarini Tress Wall Washer is a sculptural wall light from the Tress range by Marc Sadler. Its tall, slim cylindrical form uses a woven, fibreglass-based composite diffuser to create decorative, indirect ambient lighting and dramatic wall-wash effects ideal for indoor feature walls and circulation spaces.

The diffuser is composed of overlapping, irregular bands that form a high-contrast, basket-like texture. The weave is dense at the top and bottom and opens into a chaotic lattice at the centre, allowing light to filter through and project graphic, scenic patterns. It is available in Black and White finishes.

Produced by modelling tape along a mould with automatic pitch control, the fibreglass-based composite is liquid coated for a matte, durable surface. The lighting components sit on an internal wall plate made from aluminium-coloured, epoxy powder-coated die-cast zamak for a tidy, secure mounting.

As a wall washer, the Tress provides indirect, semi-diffused ambient illumination while casting patterned highlights on the mounting surface. The central open-lattice produces soft shafts of light that add depth and sculptural interest to hallways, living rooms and feature walls.

The Tress is designed for fixed wall mounting and is supplied with a concealed internal plate for secure installation. It is offered in two sizes and carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for indoor use only. Check product specifics for lamp and driver compatibility before ordering.
