Foscarini Tite 1 Pendant is a suspension lamp from Italian maker Foscarini, designed to create elegant vertical accents. The lamp combines a slender, elongated silhouette with a translucent body, making it ideal for living areas, stairwells or pendant arrangements where a suspended scene is desired.

The form is needle-like and tapered, narrowing towards the top and opening at the base to send direct light downward while the sides glow softly. The diffuser is achieved using a mix of fibreglass and black carbon thread, producing a textured surface marked by fine horizontal thread lines around a translucent off-white body.

Craftsmanship is central to the Tite 1: artisans apply carbon thread onto glass fabric to create both the graphic decoration and a functional frame. The result is a handmade feel with a distinctive, tactile finish that reads like textile on light.

Lighting performance blends ambient diffusion with a focused downlight from the open base. The translucent fibreglass softens lateral light for atmosphere while the open bottom provides practical task illumination beneath the pendant.

Installation features include a nickel-plated diffuser mount and spring to secure the bulb centrally, a galvanised metal bracket and nickel-coated canopy cover. An optional canopy decentralisation kit is available to combine multiple pendants from a single ceiling point (up to nine lamps). The product bears an IP20 rating.
