Foscarini Sun - Light of Love Pendant by Tord Boontje is a sculptural suspension pendant that turns a classic sunburst into a contemporary interior statement. This piece from the Sun - Light of Love range blends bold geometry with an organic silhouette, designed to bring atmosphere to dining areas, living rooms or any space that needs a focal light.

The lamp is formed from approximately 390 blade-like rays with rounded ends, arranged into a dense, textured globe that suggests both precision and motion. It is offered in matt gold and matt white powder-coated finishes, letting you choose a warm metallic look or a softer white option.

Built from cold-pressed steel, each ray is mechanically jointed to the central body to create a rigid yet intricate form. The powder-coated finish protects the metal and gives the pendant a refined, sculptural surface.

Light is provided by a double source in the central hub, directing illumination downwards while also diffusing warm light upward through the gaps between the rays. The high density of elements creates a complex play of light and shadow for a soft, atmospheric glow that works equally well over a table or as room lighting.

The pendant hangs from a three-point suspension system using thin steel support cables, with a central transparent electrical cord supplying power. LED is included (32W, 2700 K, 3170 lm, CRI >90) and the lamp is rated IP20. A 1 year manufacturer's warranty is supplied.
