The Foscarini Spokes 1 Pendant from Foscarini, designed by Garcia Cumini, is a striking ceiling pendant that brings sculptural motion to interior spaces. Its elongated, capsule silhouette reads like a modern lantern and works especially well as a focal point in living rooms, stairwells or double-height entrances.

Spokes 1 is formed from numerous thin vertical metal rods arranged in a dense, cage-like configuration, capped by solid circular plates at the top and bottom. It is available in Copper, Gold, Graphite, Black, and White to suit contemporary and classic schemes.

Hand-finished metalwork and wire-forming techniques give Spokes 1 a refined industrial look that plays with light and shadow. The overlapping rods create a moiré-like effect that subtly changes as you move around the piece.

The integrated light source is housed within the bottom plate, projecting both downwards and upwards through the open frame to deliver ambient and decorative illumination. The airy cage allows high transparency while casting intricate linear shadow patterns across walls and floors.
