Foscarini Satellight Pendant is a sculptural pendant light designed by Eugeni Quitllet for the Satellight range. Evoking a moon suspended in mid-air, the design pairs a transparent outer volume with a matt white inner globe and is intended to deliver soft, ambient illumination for interior spaces.

The fixture features a clear, truncated cone-shaped outer shade that reveals a secondary opaque white spherical diffuser at its apex. The concentric shapes create a floating effect where the inner globe appears suspended inside a transparent volume, emphasising clean geometry and visual lightness.

Made with hand-blown glass, the outer shade has a smooth glossy finish while the inner sphere offers a matte surface to evenly disperse light. The minimalist, hardware-free exterior keeps the focus on form and material quality.

Light is gently diffused by the inner globe to reduce glare, while the wide open base of the clear cone allows soft downward projection — ideal for ambient lighting in living rooms, dining areas or above kitchen islands.

The suspension uses a thin, straight metal aircraft cable for structural support alongside a separate wavy power cord; the system allows for adjustable hanging heights. The pendant is rated IP20 for interior use and comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty.
