The Foscarini Rituals XL Pendant is a blown-glass suspension lamp from the Rituals range, designed by Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba. Its generous XL scale and incised surface engravings recall a large Oriental lantern, making it ideal for ambient ceiling illumination in residential or commercial interiors.

Formally the fixture is a large, slightly flattened spherical orb in translucent matte blown glass with fine horizontal concentric incisions across the surface. The monochromatic look pairs a soft white diffuser with subtle grey or metallic hardware for a calm, contemporary presence.

Crafted in blown glass, the Rituals XL features dense surface engravings that modulate light and lend a handcrafted, lantern-like character. The design separates the straight steel support wire from a wavy power cable for a considered, elegant suspension detail.

Light is soft and diffuse: the horizontal ridges create a textured chiaroscuro effect rather than a hard beam, providing warm ambient light suitable for dining areas, lounges and hotel lobbies. An E27 LED retrofit bulb is included (21W, 2700K, 2581 lm, CRI >80) and the pendant is dimmable.

Installation notes: the fixture has an IP20 rating and is designed for ceiling suspension. Overall height can be specified up to 10 m on request; the two-part suspension separates weight-bearing and electrical functions. A 1-year manufacturer warranty applies.
