The Foscarini Plass Pendant is a suspension lamp designed by Luca Nichetto for Foscarini. Inspired by traditional Venetian glass pearls, this ceiling pendant uses transparent polycarbonate to recreate the scale and presence of artisanal glass while delivering diffused and direct interior lighting.

The elongated ovoid diffuser sits vertically and features close-set vertical fluting and an intentionally imperfect internal texture that echoes handmade glass. The body is available in a smoky grey/charcoal tint and is offered in two sizes for large-scale projects or more compact settings.

Plass is produced by rotational moulding to create a generous, seamless hollow body. Inside there is a brushed aluminium internal mount and the fixture is suspended on a stainless steel cable, with a slender transparent electrical cable for connection.

Vertical ribbing and the internal wavy texture make the light resonate, creating depth, motion and a gentle mix of diffused and direct illumination suitable for living rooms, dining spaces and showrooms looking for a sculptural centrepiece.

The pendant ships with a ceiling canopy featuring a galvanised metal bracket and a glossy chromed metal cover and carries an IP20 rating for indoor use.
