Foscarini Madre Table Lamp is a sculptural table lamp by Andrea Anastasio that blends lighting and object design. The poetic, wide-hipped silhouette — inspired by fertility goddesses — is realised in etched hand-blown glass to create a soft, ambient presence ideal for living rooms, bedrooms and cosy corners.

The design centres on a precise circular cutout through the lamp body that creates a magical play of internal and external light. The exterior is a uniform frosted white, while the upper hollow forms an integrated vase designed specifically for decorative dry branches; liquids are not permitted in the vessel.

Crafted from hand-blown glass with an etched, matte finish, the central opening is produced with a high-pressure water jet to preserve glass integrity and ensure precision. The upper hollow is in opaline borosilicate glass and the lighting module is protected by an opaline polycarbonate disk.

Lighting is provided by an integrated multichip LED board (16W, 2700K, 1445 lm, CRI >80) with a dimmer supplied on the light grey cable, delivering warm, diffused ambient illumination. The lamp is rated IP20 for indoor use and comes with a one-year warranty.
