The Foscarini Gioia Wall Light, designed by Andrea Anastasio for the Gioia range, is a decorative wall light that reads as both luminair and wall sculpture. It pairs a carved statuary marble centre with a large, thin translucent disk to create a jewel-like feature suitable for living rooms, hallways and reception spaces.

Design is all about contrast: a perfectly geometric outer circle in translucent PMMA with a pale mint green tint meets an irregular, organically shaped white marble piece with grey veining. A small polished brass-toned fastener and a rectangular metallic link suspend the marble, giving the composition a pendant-like, kinetic quality.

Materials are thoughtfully combined to celebrate both synthetic clarity and natural stone. The clear PMMA disk diffuses light while showcasing the marble, and the polished metal details add a refined accent that reads like jewellery at the wall. The piece reflects Foscarini's Italian approach to material-led, sculptural lighting.
