The Foscarini Bit Wall Light, designed by Ferruccio Laviani, is a decorative wall lamp that blends surreal, organic form with soft reflected ambient lighting for interior spaces. Its sculptural silhouette reads like a miniature artwork on the wall, bringing personality to hallways, living rooms and bedrooms.

Bit’s design features an irregular, oval satin-finish glass diffuser held in place by a central decorative glass-lock. The piece is part of a modular visual language intended to be grouped into graphic compositions and is available in Blue and White finishes.

Build quality pairs a satin glass diffuser with epoxy powder-coated metal for the mount and wall canopy. A circular metallic glass-lock serves as the visual focal point and the structural fastening point to the wall fitting.

The lamp projects light backwards and outwards through the translucent glass to create a gentle, diffused glow that emphasises the diffuser’s colour and texture. It’s ideal where you want decorative, ambient illumination rather than focused task light.

The fixture is IP20 rated for indoor use and is supplied with transparent wiring and a plug fitted with an inline ON/OFF switch. The diffuser is secured to the wall fitting via the decorative epoxy powder-coated metal glass-lock.
