Foscarini Bahia Wall and Ceiling Lamp, designed by Lucidi & Pevere, is a sculptural surface-mounted light that decorates and illuminates indoor spaces. The Bahia range channels organic, topographic forms to create a calm, design-forward presence on walls or ceilings.

The design uses two asymmetrical, overlapping egg-like plates to produce an archipelago-like effect. The fixture is offered in White and reads as a minimalist, monochrome composition that plays with shadow and layered form. Multiple units can be combined to form striking, modular arrangements.

Crafted from injection-moulded components with a smooth matt white finish, the Bahia miniaturises the original concept into a compact, low-profile body. The larger plate acts as the mounting surface while the smaller off-centre plate conceals the lighting technology for a clean silhouette.

Light is delivered as a mix of reflected and diffused illumination: the back plate bounces light into the room while the central element softens the glow, creating gentle shadows and graduated tones. This makes the Bahia ideal for hallways, living rooms and bedrooms where ambient, decorative light is desired.

The Bahia is a surface-mounted decorative fixture with an IP20 rating for indoor, dry locations. Its slim depth keeps projection minimal and the unit is supplied with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. The central plate is designed to conceal the internal light source and associated components.
