Foscarini Bahia Ceiling & Wall Lamp, designed by Lucidi & Pevere for Foscarini, is a large surface-mounted decorative light that blends sculptural form with ambient performance. The piece uses layered, egg-shaped plates to create a striking, organic presence suitable for ceilings and walls in modern interiors.

The design features three overlapping, concentric yet offset plates that form an archipelago-like composition. The fixture is offered in White and reads as a calm, architectural object that casts an intriguing play of shadows and glows.

Built from injection-moulded polycarbonate, the plates have a smooth, matt finish and soft, rounded edges. Despite its generous diameter, the Bahia keeps a relatively low profile and the largest rear plate serves as the mounting base for a neat surface installation.

The light source and the internal electronic ballast are concealed behind the two central plates to ensure even, diffused illumination and glare-free performance. The layered geometry produces both reflected and transmitted light, ideal for creating gentle ambient atmospheres and sculptural ceiling arrangements when used in groups.
