The Elstead Merrill Wall Lantern is an outdoor wall-mounted lantern from Elstead's Merrill range, blending transitional and craftsman-style cues into a lantern designed to provide dependable exterior illumination when fixed to a vertical surface.

Its design features a rectangular cage-style frame with vertical and horizontal bars, a multi-tiered flat-roof cap with a slight overhang and a central diffuser set within the cage. A rectangular backplate and horizontal support beam fasten the lantern to the wall, while a curved decorative arm and distinctive Y-shaped lower support add character. The fitting accepts a lamp up to 60W.

Built with an enclosed cage and cap, the lantern shields the internal light source from weather and debris for improved durability. The central diffuser conceals the lamp and softens the output for a neat, finished look.

The diffuser provides a softened, even glow that works well for porches, entrances and patios; the enclosed lantern reduces direct glare while adding architectural presence to the façade.

Designed for permanent wall installation using the integrated backplate, the Merrill carries an IP44 rating for protection against water splashes. Lamps are not specified as included, so order the appropriate bulb separately. Warranty varies from 2 to 20 years depending on the model.
