David Hunt Lighting Hyde Chandelier is a mid-century inspired ceiling pendant from the Hyde range. The statement multi-arm chandelier pairs classic diabolo-style shades with a balanced radial frame, bringing decorative presence and practical interior illumination to dining rooms, living areas and entrance halls.

The form features six double-conical, hourglass-shaped (diabolo) shades arranged on a six-arm spider frame to create a symmetrical silhouette and a wash of light both up and down. The piece is shown pictured with matte black shades and polished chrome hardware; the Hyde is also offered in Arctic White, Pebble, Smoke Blue or Black, with bespoke colour options available on request.

Crafted with a solid-brass framework and hand-spun metal shades, the pendant is finished with a braided ivory cable and matt painted surfaces. The mix of solid metal construction and hand-applied paint gives the chandelier a refined, tactile quality designed to age gracefully in domestic settings.

The open-ended diabolo shades allow light to escape from both the top and bottom, so the Hyde delivers ambient ceiling uplight as well as focused downward illumination. Light sources sit recessed within the lower shade sections to reduce glare while creating an even, architectural glow.

Bulbs are not included. The Hyde is specified to use 12 x LED Golf Ball style lamps (BUL/E14/LED/15), which should be ordered separately. The fixture suspends from a canopy with chain and stem for adjustable drop height; professional installation is recommended. The product is covered by a 1-year warranty.
