David Hunt Lighting Badger 1-Light Pendant

The David Hunt Lighting Badger 1-Light Pendant is a traditionally styled ceiling pendant from the Badger range by David Hunt Lighting. It pairs reeded satin/alabaster-style glass with antique brass or pewter metalwork to deliver decorative, ambient overhead illumination for dining areas, kitchens and hallways.

The pendant features a wide, shallow bell-shaped glass shade with a flared rim and fine horizontal reeding that adds texture and period character. The shade hangs from an interlocking oval-link chain and a conical ceiling canopy with decorative ribbing. Available in Bronze and Pewter finishes.

Metal components show an antique brass or bronze look (or pewter option) and the shade’s reeded satin glass softens the bulb’s glow. The design’s traditional details — fluted canopy, shade gallery and textured glass — give the fitting a cohesive, vintage-inspired appearance.

The fixture takes a single ES/E27 globe and delivers a broad, downward and outward light distribution, with the reeded glass diffusing light for a softer effect. We recommend LED Vintage Globe lamps (for example BUL/E27/LED/19 and BUL/E27/LED/20) for the best look and efficiency; bulbs are not included. Dimmable operation is possible when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a suitable dimmer.

The pendant is supplied complete with its reeded satin/alabaster-style glass and an extra 50cm of brown braided cable; chain suspension allows the hanging height to be set at installation (height range approximately 40cm–90cm). Bulbs and any additional chain are sold separately.
