The Dar Hatton Tapered Drum Shade is a Hatton range light shade from Dar, presented in a tapered drum (empire) silhouette. Crafted in gold-toned faux silk, it finishes table and floor lamps where a refined, traditional look is required.

Its tapered form narrows at the top and widens at the base, with vertical pinch pleats gathered at mid-points to create a subtle diamond-like geometric pattern. The top and bottom rims are neatly bound in matching fabric for a polished edge.

Built around a reinforced internal frame, the shade uses a fabric exterior that keeps form and texture while staying lightweight. The pinch-pleat construction adds three-dimensional depth and a decorative, classic aesthetic.
