The Hinkley Congress Chandelier is a four‑light ceiling fixture from Hinkley’s Congress range. Its retro‑inspired profile mixes curved tubular arms and clear tapered glass shades to deliver a vintage‑chic centrepiece for dining rooms, kitchens and living areas.

The design features four arched, tubular arms sweeping from a central cylindrical hub to hold conical clear glass shades that widen towards the base. It is available in Chrome and Brushed Caramel finishes to suit both contemporary and traditional schemes.

Built with a metallic construction and a warm brushed/aged brass aesthetic, the fixture includes subtle stepped and knurled detailing on the central hub and sockets, adding an industrial‑mechanical accent to the overall form.

The clear glass shades allow unobstructed light distribution and make the bulbs a visible part of the design. The chandelier provides ambient illumination from four symmetrical sources; filament‑style LED lamps are recommended for the best vintage appearance.

The chandelier is suspended from a circular ceiling canopy by a straight rigid downrod. The listed drop range is 578mm to 1340mm, allowing flexibility during installation, and the fixture suits typical indoor ceiling installations. Warranty terms range from 1–5 years depending on application.
