Buster and Punch Buster Bulb

The Buster and Punch Buster Bulb is a designer GLS LED bulb from Buster and Punch, built to deliver decorative ambient light with a focused downward spotlight effect. Its tapered teardrop shape and visible internal structure make it ideal for pendant fittings, exposed sockets and feature lighting in homes and hospitality settings.

Design-wise the bulb centres on a textured resin light pipe that channels light vertically to create a soft halo around the glass while throwing a concentrated pool of light below. It is available in Smoked, Gold and Crystal finishes, and offered in both dimmable and non-dimmable versions.

Construction is available in glass or a robust polycarbonate option, with a contrasting black satin neck collar and a standard metallic E27 Edison screw base. The smoked version gives a moody, low-glare aesthetic while the crystal or gold finishes add decorative sparkle and warmth.

Choose a dimmable 5W warm-white LED or a 2W non-dimmable warm-white LED depending on your application; both are designed for long life and low energy use. The internal optical design provides ambient illumination plus a focused table or surface spotlight, making the bulb as functional as it is striking.

The bulb fits any standard E27 screw fitting. Non-dimmable versions work with on/off switches only. Dimmable Buster Bulbs require an LED-compatible dimmer (for example the Buster + Punch Premium dimmer) but may also be used with simple on/off switches.
