The Astro Tate Decorative Wall Light from Astro combines a modern, architectural backplate with a soft curved shade to deliver ambient and accent illumination for living rooms, hallways and bedrooms.

The design features two vertical rectangular bars of unequal length arranged in a staggered, tiered configuration and finished in Bronze. The shade uses a shallow, semi-cylindrical curve that sits close to the wall for a compact, contemporary silhouette.

Built around a sturdy metal mounting, the Tate is intended to be paired with a semi-translucent textured fabric shade (the fitting is shown with a light taupe shade). The contrast between the geometric metal base and the soft fabric gives this sconce a refined, tactile quality.

An internal light source sits behind the shade to soften output and reduce direct glare. Open top and bottom shade edges allow light to project both upwards and downwards, creating a pleasant wall wash while keeping the fixture's projection slim.

Please note shades are not included and are sold separately. The Tate is designed for hardwired wall installation, carries an IP20 rating for indoor use, and comes with a three year warranty. This product was previously referenced under the code 5236302: 7253.
