Astro Pinhole Recessed Downlight is a trimless, plaster-in ceiling downlight from Astro's Pinhole range designed for discreet, directional accent illumination. Its minimalist form and high-contrast internal baffle suit modern residential and specification-led interiors where a seamless ceiling finish is required.

The design features a matt white exterior trim that sits flush with the ceiling and a deep-set, conical matte black inner baffle. The nested concentric rings form a gimbal-style adjustable mechanism to aim the beam, while a honeycomb louvre reduces glare for comfortable viewing.

Crafted in metal with a slimline profile, this downlight prioritises clean lines and durable build quality. The trimless format is intended to be plastered into the ceiling before the final skim, creating a seamless architectural look.

Light is controlled by the pinhole aperture and internal baffle to deliver tight, focused beams ideal for accenting artwork, task zones or creating layered lighting. The adjustable inner ring lets you direct light where it's needed without exposing the lamp directly to view.

This product has an IP20 rating and is intended for interior, dry ceilings. It must be installed into a new ceiling prior to the final plaster skim and is suitable for ceiling linings secured directly to timber joists.
