The Astro Homefield Pedestal Light is an outdoor pedestal/post-top light from Astro's Homefield range. Its rectangular, lantern-style form and clear glass panels are designed to sit atop pillars, stone plinths or post tops, providing ambient illumination for paths, entrances and gardens.

Clean geometric lines and a boxy silhouette give this piece a contemporary take on a classic carriage lantern. The finish seen is a matte black metal frame surrounding four clear glass panels for unobstructed light distribution.

Built with a metal frame and four clear glass sides, the unit sits on a slightly recessed square base plate for flush mounting to a pedestal surface. The interior holds a single central socket with an upward-facing orientation to showcase a decorative bulb.

The fixture accepts 1 x LED E27/ES lamp up to 12W and a maximum lamp length of 170mm. The clear-glass enclosure provides 360° light output and works well with decorative filament-style LEDs; dimming is possible depending on the chosen lamp.

This product is IP44 rated for protection against dust and splashing water, and is Class I (requires earthing). It is wired for fixed installation on pedestal or post tops only and is not suitable for ground mounting. Lamps are required but not included; no external driver is needed. The product comes with a 3-year warranty.
