The Astro Homefield Pendant 240 pendant from the Homefield range is a contemporary take on a classic lantern. Its rectangular, box-shaped frame and four clear glass panels deliver a transparent, geometric look that's made for covered porches, entryways and bathroom zones 2–3.

Design-wise the Homefield keeps things minimal and modern, with thin structural lines that maximise glass area for a clean lantern effect. The fixture is finished in a brushed gold-metallic tone across the frame, socket and suspension for a unified aesthetic.

Built from a metal frame with inset clear glass panels, the pendant includes a matching cylindrical bulb socket and a metal link chain suspension. A clear power cable runs alongside the chain to the ceiling canopy, and the bottom of the frame is left open for easy bulb access.

The pendant takes a single E27/ES lamp (not included), supporting LED bulbs up to 12W and a maximum lamp length of 200mm. The open-bottom design gives unobstructed downward light, making it ideal for ambient lighting over small seating areas, porches or bathrooms when positioned in the correct zone.

Practical details include an IP44 rating for protection against water splashes, Class II double insulation and hardwired ceiling installation; no external driver is required. The fitting is compatible with dimming where a dimmable lamp is used and carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
